Service terms
Effective 21 September 2026. These terms apply to the SEO Review, monthly medical SEO and medical website projects. The order confirmation or written proposal for your practice forms part of the agreement.

Choosing a service
The SEO Review is a separate one-time purchase. Monthly SEO and website projects are agreed in writing after we review your enquiry. An enquiry does not order a service, take a payment or start a subscription.
Before you pay, the order or proposal identifies the service provider, the practice, the agreed scope, price, payment schedule and start or delivery arrangements. Additional work and costs require a separate agreement before we proceed.
All advertised prices are in US dollars, including for Australian practices. The payment currency, applicable taxes, any payment charges and the total payable are shown before you pay. You pay through a secure payment link that we send by email; we do not take card details on this website or by email. There are no automatic recurring charges: each service period and project stage is invoiced separately.
SEO Review: US$250 once
The review covers one website, one priority service and one city, using publicly available information. It includes relevant website and local visibility findings, a comparison with three relevant competitors, a prioritized action list, one draft improvement, written findings, a video walkthrough and one round of follow-up questions.
Website or analytics access is not required. Implementation, a website rebuild and an exhaustive audit of every page are outside this purchase. A draft improvement requires the practice's checks and approval before it is used.
Delivery
The three-business-day count starts on the next business day after both confirmed payment and a completed brief have been received. Delivery is due by 18:00 UTC+4 on the third business day. Receipt dates are assessed in UTC+4. Opening an order later does not restart the count.
Business days are Monday to Friday; US and Australian public holidays do not change that calendar. The order confirmation email shows the exact deadline in the customer's selected time zone. A later change of display time zone does not change the delivery deadline.
For example, receipt of both payment and the completed brief on Monday in UTC+4 gives a Thursday deadline. Receipt on Friday or over the weekend gives a Wednesday deadline. Full delivery explanation.
Voluntary seven-day refund option
You can request a refund within 7 calendar days after the completed review is delivered and you are notified, provided its US$250 credit has not been used toward monthly SEO. Request it by email. No call, explanation or prior request for revisions is required.
Under this voluntary policy, the refund is the review price less actual non-refundable payment-processing fees disclosed before purchase, where permitted. We provide the calculation. This is not an administrative or labour charge. Any such fee is stated in the payment email before you pay; if none is stated there, nothing is deducted.
Refunds are processed through the original payment transaction to the original payer, using the original payment route. The seven-day window is the deadline to request a refund, not a promise that funds will arrive within seven days. Bank and payment-provider processing times are separate.
Using the review credit ends this voluntary refund offer, including during the seven-day window. A refund cancels the unused credit. These conditions do not limit rights under applicable law. The review's voluntary policy does not automatically apply to monthly SEO or website projects.
One-time credit toward monthly SEO
The full US$250 review fee can be used once toward the reviewed practice's first SEO payment made within 30 calendar days of receiving the review. For the US$2,500 base plan, US$2,250 remains to pay for the first month; following months are US$2,500.
The same practice can change its website domain and retain an unused credit within the existing window. A domain change does not restart or extend the deadline. The credit cannot be transferred to a different practice, including one with the same owner. We extend the deadline when a delay on our side holds up the transition. The delivery email identifies the practice and the credit deadline.
Monthly Medical SEO: US$2,500 per month
The base plan covers one website and one practice location. Additional sites, locations or broader requirements are quoted separately. There is no separate setup fee or minimum number of months.
Month one covers access, confirmed practice information, measurement, diagnosis, a written plan and initial implementation. The regular content and outreach scope begins in month two:

The monthly plan sets the mix of work within these limits. Content depends on confirmed facts and approvals. Editors decide whether and when to publish contributed material and whether to include links; a pitch or draft is not a placement guarantee.
For an unanswered pitch, up to one appropriate follow-up is included and does not count as a new initial pitch. A reply cancels the planned follow-up. A decline or request not to be contacted ends follow-up. A monthly allowance does not restart the reminder for the same opportunity.
Short expert comments use the clinician's confirmed points and require approval before submission. Drafting and accuracy checks are included. A longer response or separate research assignment requires an agreed scope first.
One consolidated revision round is included per website material. Each external article includes one consolidated round from the practice and one from the editor. Our errors, medical inaccuracies and departures from the agreed brief are corrected outside those allowances. Reapproval of changed clinical or practice claims does not use an additional round. Further requested rounds or scope changes are agreed before work begins.
Prepared content awaiting approval can be published after approval without being counted as a new page again. Where approvals remain outstanding, we pause new drafts and move work to other SEO priorities.
Small requests are separate from planned SEO implementation and included website maintenance. Unused requests do not carry over; the available time goes to SEO priorities. A request we accepted but delayed does not consume a new allowance the following month.
Cancellation and ownership
Cancel the next SEO period by email before that paid period begins. We finish the current paid period, confirm the service end date and do not renew the next period. Your website, domain and hosting accounts remain under your control.
The Review's voluntary seven-day refund offer does not apply to the retainer. These terms do not make monthly payments universally non-refundable. If you believe a paid period was not delivered as agreed, email us and we will review it with you. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Medical Website: US$4,000
The standard project includes up to 15 main pages, plus Privacy Policy, Terms and a thank-you page. Your practice supplies its legal text. The agreed structure, content based on confirmed facts, responsive build, SEO foundations, a route to your existing booking system, checks and launch are included.
Payment is US$2,000 to start and US$2,000 before launch. The usual schedule is 4–6 weeks after the deposit and required materials, confirmed for the particular project. Delays in materials or approvals move the schedule.
A straightforward migration within the agreed page scope is included. Existing addresses are preserved or redirected to corresponding pages where needed. Larger blogs, additional pages, custom booking systems and complex integrations are scoped separately. The page allowance is not permission to delete existing pages without agreement. A hosting move without a rebuild is assessed separately.
Feedback and launch
Two consolidated feedback rounds are included within the agreed scope: one on the structure, design and copy before the build, and one on the built website before launch. Each is one combined list from the practice. Our errors and deviations from the agreed brief are corrected outside those rounds. Questions and final approval do not use an extra round.
The final version needs the practice's approval before launch. Monthly SEO after launch is a separate agreement; buying a website does not start it automatically.
If the project stops
Completed work is valued against stages priced before payment:

These are stage values, not four separate payment instalments. We provide a written breakdown of documented completed work at the agreed prices and refund the unused part of payments received. Starting a stage does not mean that its full value has been earned.
Before the project begins, the written proposal defines how partly completed stages are valued, any balance that could become payable and the handover of paid-for materials. No extra charge applies automatically.
Technical fixes after launch
Report technical errors in our work by email within 30 calendar days after the actual launch, and we will correct them at no extra charge. A report made in that period remains covered if the fix is completed later. An SEO subscription is not required.
New features and changes to the agreed scope are assessed separately. This included support is in addition to, and does not limit, rights under applicable law, including consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law where they apply.
Practice information and approvals
Your designated reviewer confirms both medical accuracy and the facts about what your practice provides, including services, clinicians, qualifications, locations, pricing and insurance where mentioned. We prepare and check drafts and publish the exact approved version. Silence is not approval. Changed medical or practice claims require renewed approval before publication or submission.
Practice approval is part of the process and does not replace our own checks. The service does not guarantee rankings, patient numbers, revenue, editorial coverage or links. Reports identify observed performance and the data available; clicks are not presented as patients.
Communication and reports
No calls are required. We work by email, with a shared plan document for your practice and video explanations. Drafts for approval, reports and invoices arrive by email, and we record decisions in the plan.
We reply within 1 business day with an answer or a next step and timeframe. An automatic receipt is not that substantive response. Completion dates for tasks are confirmed separately.
Monthly SEO reports cover a calendar month and are delivered within the first 5 business days of the following month. A partial first month is clearly identified. This reporting calendar does not shorten a paid service period. Business days are Monday to Friday in UTC+4; US and Australian public holidays do not change that calendar.
Included tools and separate expenses
Our working SEO, analytics, AI and automation tools and standard licences for the agreed work are included. This does not provide personal subscriptions to those tools for your staff.
The practice pays for its own domain and hosting in its own accounts. Requested premium themes, plugins, extra services, purchase and renewal charges, and extra setup work are agreed before committing to the expense. Paid placements, advertising budgets, Google Ads, Meta Ads and GoHighLevel funnel work are separate from the base SEO plan.
Scheduled updates, backups and functionality checks for a website we build or rebuild are included while monthly SEO is active. They do not use the small-request allowance. Maintenance of a third-party website is confirmed after assessment. Care without active SEO is quoted separately. No 24-hour support or recovery-time guarantee is offered here.
Privacy
See the Privacy Policy for the information we receive and how we handle it. Do not send patient records, passwords or payment-card details through the website forms or by email.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version in force when you pay applies to that order, service period or project stage, together with your order confirmation or written proposal.
