Your review connects each finding to an example from your website or search results. It explains why that finding matters and what to address next.

One finding, a specific next step

Illustrative example. No real practice was audited for this sample.

Finding: a service page has a generic title and heading.

In this fictional example, the page describes a particular service, but its title and main heading both say “Our Services”. A reader has to look further down the page to find out what the appointment is for and where the practice provides it.

Part of the page Example as found Draft improvement
Page title Our Services – Example Practice [Confirmed service] in [City] – [Practice name]
Main heading Our Services [Confirmed service] in [City]

Why address it: a descriptive title and heading help explain what the page is about. The wording should match the service actually described on the page. Google recommends concise, descriptive titles and may choose a different title for its search results. Google Search Central

Suggested priority: include it in the first page-improvement pass, after checking the page's purpose and the practice details. Assess it alongside the site's other needs.

What the practice confirms: the exact service name and the location where it is offered. For remote services, use an accurate description of that arrangement. Do not imply an office or appointment type that does not exist.

What we would check after implementation: the approved title and heading are present on the live page, the content matches them, and the layout works on mobile. We would then monitor the page's search data when access is available.

This example shows the level of explanation in a review. It does not establish that the title is causing a traffic problem or predict how many clicks or bookings a change will produce. Your review would use observations from your own site and relevant search results.

The SEO Review provides the findings and a draft improvement. Implementation is part of a separately agreed service.

The review covers one website, one priority service and one city. It uses public information, so you do not need to grant access to your analytics or website before we can deliver it.

The sample improvement is a draft for your practice to review, including its medical statements and any details of the services you provide.

What happens after the review

Shared plan This month PRIORITIES IN PROGRESS WAITING FOR YOUR APPROVAL COMPLETED Review

The review gives you a prioritized starting point. You can use it to discuss improvements with your current team or consider having us carry out the work through monthly SEO.

Implementation, a full website rebuild and an exhaustive audit of every page are outside the review's scope. The findings do not establish patient numbers or revenue from data we cannot access.

Our monthly SEO plan is US$2,500 per month for one website and one location, with implementation included. Additional locations or a broader scope are quoted separately. Make the reviewed practice's first SEO payment within 30 calendar days of receiving your review to apply its one-time US$250 credit, leaving US$2,250 for the first month of the base plan.

Questions before you start

When will my review be ready?

We start counting on the next business day after both your payment and completed brief are received. Your review is due by 18:00 UTC+4 on the third business day. For example, if both arrive on a Monday in UTC+4, the deadline is Thursday at 18:00 UTC+4. If both arrive on a Friday or over the weekend, it is the following Wednesday at 18:00 UTC+4.

Business days are Monday to Friday; US and Australian public holidays do not change this calendar. Your order confirmation shows the deadline in your selected time zone.

Will I need a call?

No. The brief, delivery and follow-up questions can all be handled in writing, with a video walkthrough included in your review.

Do you need access to my website or analytics?

No. This review uses publicly available information. If you later apply for monthly SEO, we assess the access needed for implementation separately.

Do you make the changes for me?

Implementation is available through our monthly SEO service. The review itself provides findings, priorities and one example improvement for your practice to consider.

Do I have to continue with monthly SEO?

No. The review is a separate purchase and does not enroll you in monthly service. You can also apply for monthly SEO directly without buying the review first.

What if the review isn't useful to me?

You can request a refund within seven calendar days after your completed review is delivered and you are notified, provided you have not used the US$250 credit toward monthly SEO. Send us an email. You do not need to book a call, explain your reasons or ask for revisions first.

Under this voluntary policy, we refund the review price less actual, non-refundable payment-processing fees disclosed before purchase, where permitted. We provide the fee calculation and process the refund through your original payment transaction.

You can use the review credit or receive a refund under this policy. Once the credit is applied to your first SEO payment, this voluntary refund offer ends, even if the seven-day window is still open. If you receive a refund, the unused credit is cancelled.

The deadline applies to submitting your request. It is separate from the time your payment provider or bank takes to return the money. This policy applies to the SEO Review and does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.

How does the US$250 credit work?

The full US$250 review fee is applied once to the reviewed practice's first SEO payment made within 30 calendar days of receiving your review. For the US$2,500 base plan, that leaves US$2,250 to pay for the first month. Your delivery notification names the practice and includes the credit deadline. If a delay on our side holds up the transition, we extend it.

The same practice can use the credit if its website domain changes. The credit cannot be transferred to another practice, including one with the same owner. A domain change does not restart or extend the credit window.

Your review remains available after the credit deadline.

An unused review credit is cancelled if the review fee is refunded. Using the credit ends the review's voluntary seven-day refund offer. Your rights under applicable law are unaffected.

Can the review cover all our services and locations?

This purchase covers one website, one priority service and one city. We use that focus to provide specific observations and a manageable set of priorities. Broader ongoing work is scoped through the monthly SEO service.
