Finding: a service page has a generic title and heading.
In this fictional example, the page describes a particular service, but its title and main heading both say “Our Services”. A reader has to look further down the page to find out what the appointment is for and where the practice provides it.
Why address it: a descriptive title and heading help explain what the page is about. The wording should match the service actually described on the page. Google recommends concise, descriptive titles and may choose a different title for its search results. Google Search Central
Suggested priority: include it in the first page-improvement pass, after checking the page's purpose and the practice details. Assess it alongside the site's other needs.
What the practice confirms: the exact service name and the location where it is offered. For remote services, use an accurate description of that arrangement. Do not imply an office or appointment type that does not exist.
What we would check after implementation: the approved title and heading are present on the live page, the content matches them, and the layout works on mobile. We would then monitor the page's search data when access is available.
This example shows the level of explanation in a review. It does not establish that the title is causing a traffic problem or predict how many clicks or bookings a change will produce. Your review would use observations from your own site and relevant search results.
