Your practice has the final say on clinical content
You know the care your practice provides. We use information you confirm about your services, clinicians, locations, booking options and any prices or insurance arrangements we describe.
Your designated reviewer checks medical wording and claims about the practice before publication. We publish the version you approve, and keep the approval with the work so everyone can see what was agreed.
I am responsible for the SEO work and its implementation. Your clinical reviewer confirms the medical accuracy and the facts about your practice.
A process you can follow without regular meetings
One shared plan document brings together the priorities, approvals, completed work and requests. Email updates tell you when something needs attention, and we record your decisions in the plan.
AI and automation help with research, drafting, monitoring and reporting. I remain responsible for the priorities and quality of the service. Work is reviewed before it is sent for approval or published.
For monthly SEO, you receive a written report and a short video explaining the completed work, observed changes and next priorities. We reply within one business day with an answer or a next step and timeframe.
