Your domain and hosting stay in your accounts and are paid directly by your practice. We handle the website setup and launch.
Our standard tools and the licenses we choose to deliver the agreed website are included. If you request a particular paid theme, plugin or additional service beyond that setup, we agree on its purchase, renewal and any extra setup costs before you commit.
Replacing an existing website?
We review what you have before quoting the project. Existing copy, photographs and other material can be reused where they fit the new site and your practice confirms they are current.
A straightforward migration within the agreed pages is included in the US$4,000 build. A large blog, additional pages or complex integrations need a separate scope, which we confirm before payment.
If you only need the same website moved to another host, tell us in the brief. We assess that smaller task separately.

You can ask questions by email at any point; decisions are recorded in the project plan. Video walkthroughs help explain the work when needed. No calls are required.
Your practice reviews both the medical wording and practical details such as the services you provide, clinician qualifications, prices and insurance where mentioned. We publish the version you approve.
Two rounds of consolidated feedback are included within the agreed project scope: one on the structure, design and copy before the build, and one on the built website before launch. Each round is one combined list of requests from your practice. We correct our errors and departures from the agreed brief outside this allowance. Any additional rounds or changes to the project scope are agreed separately before work starts on them.
30 days of fixes after launch
Report technical errors in our work by email within 30 calendar days after launch, and we will correct them at no extra charge. If you report an error within that period, the fix remains included even if we complete it later. You do not need an SEO subscription for this support.
New features and changes to the agreed scope are quoted separately. This included period does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Continue with SEO when the website is live
The build includes the website's SEO foundations. Ongoing SEO is a separate service at US$2,500 per month for one website and one practice location, beginning after launch.
The first SEO month covers access, measurement, priorities and initial implementation. The ongoing content and outreach plan starts in month two.
While your monthly SEO plan is active, basic care for the website we build is included: scheduled updates, backups and functionality checks. This does not use your two small website requests per month.
New features and major changes are quoted separately. If SEO ends, your website and accounts remain yours; any continued website care is agreed separately.
If you need website help without monthly SEO, send us the task by email. We assess the work and agree on the scope and price before starting. Ongoing website care can also be arranged individually.
Questions before you start
What counts as a page?
Your homepage, each service page, each clinician profile, contact page and other agreed practice pages count toward the 15 main pages. Privacy Policy, Terms and a thank-you page are included separately. Your practice supplies the legal text.
Do we need to write all the content?
We prepare the website copy using information your practice confirms. You provide the source details and review the medical statements and descriptions of your services before publication. Existing approved content can be reused where appropriate.
Can you use our current booking system?
We include a clear route to your existing booking system. If you need a custom integration or new functionality, we assess it and agree on the scope and cost before work starts.
What is paid separately?
Your domain and hosting are paid directly by your practice. Additional pages, complex migrations, custom features and optional paid products you request are quoted before you commit. Our own working tools and standard website setup are included in the agreed build price.
Can we do the whole project without calls?
Yes. The brief, proposal, reviews and approvals can all happen by email, with video explanations when useful. You do not need to book a call to get started.
What happens if we stop the project before launch?
Before you pay, the written proposal sets out the price of each project stage and how completed work is valued if you stop partway through. We provide a written breakdown of the work completed at those agreed prices and refund any unused part of your payments.

You pay US$2,000 to start and US$2,000 before launch. If a stage is partly complete when you stop, the calculation covers the documented completed parts at the prices agreed in your proposal.
Do we keep the website if we stop SEO?
Yes. Your website and accounts remain yours. Basic website care is included while your SEO plan is active; ongoing maintenance after that is agreed separately. Cancelling SEO does not end the website's included 30-day period for reporting technical errors in our work or remove any fixes already covered by it.
