Our forms do not ask for passwords, patient records or medical histories. The SEO Review uses public information and does not require analytics or website access. Access for an implementation engagement is arranged separately through an appropriate method.
How the website forms work
When you send the enquiry form or the review brief, this website passes your details to our service mailbox by email and sends a copy to the address you entered. The website does not keep a database of form submissions. To limit automated abuse, the form handler briefly counts recent submissions per IP address in memory; that count is not written to disk.
Sending a form does not take a payment. We do not collect payment-card details on this website or by email.
Practice information and patient data
This is a business service for medical practices. The review brief and project discussions concern the practice's website, services and marketing work. Please do not include patient names, medical records, identifiable patient stories or other patient information in them.
Clinical content uses facts and statements supplied or confirmed by the practice's designated reviewer. Any work that would require handling patient information needs a separate assessment and agreement before that information is provided. We do not operate a patient-record system and do not claim HIPAA certification.
Communications
We use email to respond to enquiries, send payment links, confirm orders, send drafts for approval, deliver reviews and reports, and handle service requests. Decisions are recorded in a shared plan document for the practice.
Submitting an enquiry or buying a service does not subscribe you to promotional email. Any future promotional subscription needs a separate, clear choice and a simple way to withdraw it.
Providers, AI and international processing
We are based in Armenia. Information is processed there and in the countries where our providers operate, which may be outside your own country.

AI and automation support research, drafting, monitoring and reporting, with human review and the practice's clinical approvals where required. We do not put patient information into these tools, and we leave personal details out of research and drafting inputs where they are not needed.
Cookies and measurement
This website does not set cookies and does not run advertising or audience-measurement scripts. We count visits from the server log described above. Aggregate search performance for this website comes from Google Search Console, which does not identify individual visitors to us.
The Australia source label, market=au, describes the page a visitor came from. It is not proof of the visitor's country, time zone or tax position. Actual practice location and a selected time zone are separate information.

Access to the service mailbox and project material is limited to the operator and to people working on the engagement under the operator's direction. Accounts use strong, unique passwords and two-step sign-in where the provider offers it. No online service is completely risk-free; if we learn of an incident that affects your information, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Your requests
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@searchtopatients.com from the address we have on record, or tell us which interaction the request concerns so we can confirm it is yours. Do not include patient records or passwords in the request.
We reply within 1 business day and complete the request within 30 days. If we need to keep something, for example an invoice that the law requires us to retain, we explain what and why.
If you are not satisfied with our answer, tell us and we will review it. You can also complain to the privacy regulator where you live. In Armenia, that is the Personal Data Protection Agency of the Ministry of Justice.
Changes to this policy
We update this policy when the way we handle information or the providers we use change, and we show the new effective date at the top.
